My daughter had "very busy teeth." She had 2-3 rows in some places and was missing the root for her front tooth. The first orthodontist I hired took money for the phase one braces and then told me to wait until all her baby teeth "fell out." Even then, there is never a time someone cannot fit my daughter in around the travel schedule. There is no way I'd have changed Dr. Zambrano as our orthodontist, even hundreds of miles away. He is that good and the office is run that well. We fly to Miami every few months and he makes sure she is on track and adjusts the brackets. Thank you.
