For New Patients
Are your interested in seeing if your smile could benefit from orthodontic treatment? We understand your time is valuable and making it into our office for an initial consultation may be difficult. Our virtual consultation can be your first step toward a great smile.
Here’s how it works:
- Ask someone to help you replicate the sample photos using a smartphone or digital camera.
- Submit your photos using the form.
- Our doctors will review your photos and our treatment coordinator will contact you.

You will need 2 spoons to hold your cheeks out of the way. It’s also recommended that you have someone help you take photos. Be sure to use flash on your camera to make your teeth and mouth as visible as possible. The images on this page are examples of how to take each photo. You will be able to upload all of your photos at the end of the form.
