They made the financial side simple and stress-free, walked me through everything clearly, and offered a very fair overall price with multiple payment options. No pressure, no confusion, just straightforward and helpful. That alone made a big difference.Second, Dr. Karp is an absolute pleasure. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about making a difference in his patients’ smiles rather than just running a business. One small thing that really stuck with me was that he shook my hand at the end of the consult. It sounds simple, but it felt personal and human, which is rare in today’s very transactional healthcare environment. "I have been going to this orthodontist for 2 years now, and I can say that Dr. Zambrano will get your teeth looking the best they can be no matter what. "My daughter started the process of braces 4 months ago. When we started meeting with different orthodontists for consultations we couldn’t really decide on one we both liked but after meeting zambrano we both immediately agreed this was the one. Plus his prices were very fair compared to others. They have 2 offices but my daughter prefers the Miami Beach location as its always calm and she really likes the technicians. Overall we’re very happy with them. They’re also very understanding and easy if we need to reschedule or come in at an early or later time."

"Best Orthodontist. I came to doctor Z approximately 8 years ago when I was in my 20's. With my parents not living here I was on my own to make this big decision about my smile. After tons of research and patience I stumbled across Dr. Z. And thank goodness I did. He is such an amazing orthodontist. With an exceptional staff! Clean office, true to time appts, and honesty! They always kept me in the loop with what was coming next (next appt). From my initial consultation (which was free! Hello who doesn't love free!) to my final retainers and beyond that they have been amazing. Now I bring my daughter and after a couple years. Nothing has changed!! He has a beautiful, and comfortable waiting room. Accommodating both adults and children. There are iPads in the waiting room which my daughter loves! And so do I ;) you can't go wrong. Amazing doctor, beautiful office, and warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Zambrano will always be the ONLY orthodontist I'll ever recommend! Thank you doctor for my beautiful smile!"
"I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Dr.Zambrano and his staff. They were true to my appt time, very clean throughout the office. Every one of the girls are so warm and welcoming. The assistant I sat with was professional, caring, and very friendly. Which made me feel so much more comfortable. They were very accommodating when I had to bring my daughter in. The fact that they are kid friendly is just one of many reasons why I'll never go or recommend anywhere else. Three locations to choose from which makes my life so much easier. They are always accommodating when I need to make a last minute appt. I could go on forever. In a nutshell I'm 100% sure I made the right decision when I choose Dr. Zambrano."
