"I have been a patient since 2014, I started a braces treatment of two years. After, my braces were removed I was given permanent retainers and never went back for checkups. However, I was not consistent with my retainers and now I went back to get a checkup and I was so happy with their service and how smooth everything went. Dr. Zambrano was so welcoming and explained to me what were the next steps to follow. His assistant Maria, such a sweet soul that made sure I was happy with my new treatment and made sure that I understood everything. The other ladies assisting patients were so attentive. Overall, my experience with Dr. Zambrano's office and staff has been nothing but great and the attention you receive is everything you'd expect."
"My daughter had "very busy teeth." She had 2-3 rows in some places and was missing the root for her front tooth. The first orthodontist I hired took money for the phase one braces and then told me to wait until all her baby teeth "fell out." They needed to be extracted as the first orthodontist did not even provide retainers.After we decided to leave that first orthodontic practice, we heard a lot of good things about Dr Zambrano. Dr. Z had to start all over again, did not charge extra, made two common-sense plans and ordered a few teeth removed and an aggressive 36 month treatment for a very reasonable flat rate.My child is almost a year ahead now of her original projected end date. We are 18 months in and can see a smile coming through. She loves the staff and office visits. She has expressed how smart Dr. Zambrano is and that we are lucky to have him.She is 13 now and the treatment has made all the difference in her confidence and eased the pain she originally experienced from the "busy mouth."The staff are dependable, the office is clean with convenient locations, everyone is fully bilingual and they need not advertise as they get so many referrals from happy patients and families. The offices are packed but you never feel as if the appointment is running late or being rushed.We moved and are out of state now. Even then, there is never a time someone cannot fit my daughter in around the travel schedule. There is no way I'd have changed Dr. Zambrano as our orthodontist, even hundreds of miles away. He is that good and the office is run that well. We fly to Miami every few months and he makes sure she is on track and adjusts the brackets. Thank you."
"After many years, I finally decided to get braces. I went to three different consultations, one being with Zambrano, and third visit. At my current job, a co-worker referred me to Zambrano. So, after the two consultations, and VERY different views and plans on how to correct my Smile, I was very hesitant (the others wanted to proceed with numerous extractions, longer time wearing the actual braces, etc) And overall made me nervous, and questioned if I should even bother anymore.I arrived at Dr. Zambrano's office. My first impressions were the office is clean, well kept, office personnel are Super friendly, and very helpful. Finally, I met Dr. Zambrano. He took a few moments to look and decide the steps he wanted to take, to correct my Smile. Before he even mentioned his plans, he asked ME, what I wanted to do. I answered Dr. Zambrano, that didn't feel comfortable having so many extractions (except wisdom teeth) done, preferred not to wear them for so long, wanted bonded retainers. The typical concerns most people have. And he was beyond understanding and really took everything i mentioned into consideration. He really made me feel comfortable. And right then, I knew Dr. Zambrano was the ideal orthodontist I wanted to correct my Smile! And started the paperwork.Each appointment I went too, I was never disappointed, whether it was the office, office personnel, or being late a few minutes, and the office being understanding. To allow me to arrive when I do. I never so much waited longer than 15mins. Keep in mind, his office is Very busy, especially when kids are out of school, or out early that office looks like a classroom, and when scheduling an appointment they mention to come at certain times so you can avoid. Dr. Zambrano, is very straight forward. No sugar coating, no wanting to put you through anything that isn't needed.Now, five months ahead of schedule, no extractions done except wisdom teeth, I do have the bonded retainer on top, already, and I now have my last appointment to take off the bottom braces!!! I cannot say how completely HAPPY and Satisfied I am, having gone to Dr. Zambrano. I know, without a doubt, if my Son, needs any correction made to his Smile, i WILL most DEFINITELY contact Dr. Zambrano"
